All trail pass dollars go to
trail development & maintenance
Maintaining
and upgrading the Seguin Trail is a
costly task to undertake, so to help
raise funds Park-To-Park recently
implemented a user fee system
through the sales of trail passes.
Passes are required along the trail
route running from the Information
Centre south of Parry Sound to
Kearney Road, just east of Highway
11.
All
users, with the exception of
cottagers, walkers and joggers, of
the 74 kilometre Sequin Trail
section of the Park-to-Park Trail
are required to purchase a Trail
Pass. The revenues generated by the
Trail Pass will support capital
construction along the Sequin
portion of the trail. Users required
to purchase passes are ATVers/Trail
Bikers; horseback riders;
dogsledders; cyclists; and skiers.
Walkers and joggers pay no fee while
snowmobilers pay through their OFSC
permits.
